Account Executive Regional Financial Sales

This is a sales role with an emphasis on lead generation and relationship building. Working from your home office, you will set appointments and present our commercial electronic security products and services to national and large regional accounts. We offer a generous base salary plus competitive commission on product sales, as well as recurring revenue on our service packages.
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $82,250.00/yr
Essential Functions
Drive new account acquisition and attract market share with a hunter’s approach.
Build and maintain strong, dynamic relationships with decision makers.
Be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and articulate excellent presentation and communication skills.
Use strong consultative skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience selling commercial electronic security solutions.
Prior experience selling consultative service solutions.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding high sales quotas in comparable accounts.
Strong cold‑calling, networking and lead‑generation skills.
Excellent negotiation and strategic account‑outsourcing capabilities.
Availability for extensive travel within assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
