We are currently searching for a
Manager
to join our CFO Accounting Advisory practice within the Financial Accounting Advisory team. The practice helps CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors improve financial reporting processes, ensuring that finance adds strategic value to business operations. Actively participate in projects focused on the following service offerings: GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, and Program/Project Management. Supervise, develop, and train staff on engagements; participate actively in the team’s work on a project (e.g., “roll up your sleeves” and work with the team). Interact directly with senior managers and partners on matters related to client and engagement management. Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities by providing outstanding client service. Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders, and other sophisticated parties to ensure delivery of exceptional client service. Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events both internally and externally. Assist with recruiting activities, including campus recruiting, referring experienced individuals to the firm, and participating in the Employee Referral Bonus Program. Demonstrate excellent team skills, a positive attitude, and high ethical standards. Successful Candidates Will Have
6+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory services. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Current GAAP advisory knowledge and application. Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct). Advanced modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives. Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment. Ability to work effectively with senior‑level client personnel and support executive briefings.
