The role As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Cognitiv, you’ll act as a business partner, combining strategy, creativity, and execution to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. This is a key driver of innovation and success in a rapidly growing AI company.
What You’ll Do
Own full‑cycle recruiting:
Lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical and non‑technical roles.
Drive TA projects & results:
Own talent acquisition initiatives, define metrics, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Influence & partner:
Advise hiring managers and leadership, train interviewers, and elevate recruiting practices company‑wide.
Collaborate across teams:
Partner with HRBPs, hiring partners, and stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs.
Leverage data & systems:
Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and tools to optimize workflows.
Deliver exceptional candidate experience:
Provide timely, transparent communication and a high‑touch experience.
Champion the brand:
Represent and amplify the employer brand through candidate interactions.
Bring market insights:
Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Who You Are
Senior recruiter:
Strategic partnership with hands‑on execution in fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environments.
GTM recruiting expertise:
4+ years full‑cycle experience hiring sales, marketing, and customer success; ideally in adtech/tech/SaaS.

Location & Compensation
Location: New York (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 Base Salary + Equity (comprehensive benefits package)
