Electrical Maintenance Manager Hammond, IN area $90,000 - $120,000 28949
This global manufacturing company is located in the greater Chicagoland area. They employ approximately 400 people at this location and operate as a family-friendly and flexible work environment.

The current opening is for an Electrical Maintenance Manager. Main duties include:
Responsible for all aspects of the electrical functioning of the operation
Perform root-cause failure analysis for equipment failures
Develop and implement the appropriate corrective actions/solutions
Oversee, guide, and train the Union workforce
Oversee the planning of all scheduled repairs
Supervise and lead Maintenance Supervisors in the Department
Perform administrative duties such as budgets, cost savings, and more
Minimum qualifications of the Electrical Maintenance Manager:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar , or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
Prior work experience in a steel production environment
PLC/controls background
Experience with drives, flow controls, PID loop controls
Strong leadership background and ability
