Position Summary The Cooling Sr. Account Manager is responsible for managing the assigned key OEM / ODM customer’s cooling business, including meeting or exceeding budgets and growth targets, working with internal & external teams to achieve the total region goals and objectives, and doing Sales Management on an as‑needed basis to ensure the entire Sales team operates efficiently and demonstrates Delta’s capabilities as a total thermal solution provider.
Responsibilities
Develop strong knowledge of market, accounts, competition, and industry trends and utilize that in the creation of a Thermal Sales Strategy.
Develop a Key Account Strategy to achieve or exceed annual goals, metrics and expectations globally.
Handle new cooling solution/product RFQs and cost/price negotiation.
Manage thermal/cooling project plans, ensuring production supply and stocks are maintained properly & in accordance with company requirements.
Monitor, analyze, and drive sales metrics and results.
Arrange R&D meetings and host factory visits for customers in Delta Group.
Ensure customer issues are resolved through the escalation process in a timely manner.
Foster a culture of teamwork and information sharing with Product AMs as well as PJMs.
Apply professional selling skills for both large account management and new account development.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Perform as a highly motivated self‑starter with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Remain self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Adapt to Delta’s unique and dynamic culture.
Skills and Qualifications
8+ years of sales and program management experience.
Fluent English communication skills and exceptional negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and communicating a clear strategic vision and effectively executing through the selling process.
Ability to influence a large, diverse sales team to close complex sales opportunities.
Possess the drive and persistence to overcome obstacles.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and effective presentation skills.
