Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Supply Program Operations Lead to spearhead the development and execution of operations systems that enhance partner integrations and channel programs, driving profitable growth and increasing the net-new active services (NAAS). The role will involve identifying opportunities for growth, designing scalable incentive programs, and optimizing the supply KPI tree, all while working within the vibrant ecosystem of client’s new Services business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the strategic growth of this segment, leveraging their expertise in marketplace dynamics, supply operations, and cross-functional leadership to create a compelling value proposition for service providers and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies for growing the supply base and improving service quality. Develop and manage organic growth systems in partnership with the Marketing team. Create and scale incentive programs to enhance partner engagement and performance. Establish affiliate programs with efficient tracking and compliance mechanisms. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment towards common goals and performance metrics.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in marketplace growth or supply operations. Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics. Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience with SMB and B2B sales cycles is crucial for this role, ideally gained within marketplace operations or a consulting environment.
