Job Title: Production Packer
Job Description
The production packer is responsible for moving, stacking, and organizing materials within the production area. This role supports daily production and order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, and palletize finished goods.
Move materials to designated storage areas or pallets.
Assist with packing and staging for shipment.
Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely and efficient operation.
Down stack and wrap orders for shipment.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, and maneuvering packages.
Basic math and inventory skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with packaging, packing, and palletizing products from the line.
Familiarity with production, assembly, picking, general labor, and pallet jack operations.
