Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and residing in California. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and, where necessary, trial.
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience
Class action PAGA experience
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
