Job Description: * In this role, the Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert will plan and coordinate activities within the contract to ensure compliance with governmental regulations. They ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented and perform internal reviews to identify compliance problems and/or weaknesses. The Authorities and Compliance Subject Matter Expert shall posses the following capabilities: * Manages and enforces an effective compliance program that's in line with federal regulations. * Expands and reviews company policies. * Conduct policy and workflow audits. * Conduct reviews of contractual files for completeness and compliance. * Recommends the management team on the current company's compliance with regulations. Experience with successful execution of process improvement. * 12333 compliance, authorities, and legal policy. * Experience consulting on design of DoD SIGINT workflows, systems, policy, process, and technical design required to enforce compliance, legal policy and intelligence collection authorities. * Experience converting complex policy and legal requirements into technical requirements for IT system development efforts and verifying and validating that technical implementation meets needs. * Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Pay Range: 185,000-265,000 The RealmOne pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
