FPGA Design Engineer with Security Clearance

Role: FPGA Design Engineer Client: Defense-Aerospace Salary: up to $74/hr W2, non-benefited Length: Long-term Location: Dedham, MA Clearance: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire Responsibilities: * Design and implement cutting-edge FPGA solutions, achieving closure on complex designs while meeting performance, area, and power requirements.
* Integrate and close timing on designs involving embedded hard and soft processors, as well as commercial and custom IP blocks.
* Support hardware/software integration and assist development teams in testing and validating FPGA designs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to gather, define, and refine FPGA design specifications.
* Contribute to the design and production of both low- and high-volume products.
* Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience: * Experience with Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC or similar FPGA platforms.
* Proficiency in Vivado or equivalent FPGA development tools.
* Knowledge of VHDL or similar hardware description languages.
* Demonstrated ability to work through the complete FPGA design flow from specification to implementation and testing.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
