Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer, Delinea Chantilly, VA (on-site) TS/SCI with FS Poly About the role: As a PAM Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our privileged access controls, with a specific focus on our Delinea environment. You will design, implement, and maintain Delinea solutions to protect our critical systems and sensitive data from unauthorized access. This role requires a deep understanding of Delinea's product suite and a proactive approach to enhancing our security Responsibilities: • Implement and configure Delinea products, including Secret Server, Privilege Manager, and DevOps Secrets Vault, within our enterprise environment. • Design and manage PAM policies and workflows to control and monitor privileged access across all platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS). • Integrate Delinea solutions with existing infrastructure, including Active Directory, SIEM tools, ticketing systems, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. • Perform regular updates, patching, and upgrades of the Delinea platform to ensure it remains current and secure. • Monitor and audit privileged account activity, user behavior, and access logs to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using languages like PowerShell or Python for tasks such as automated onboarding and reporting. • Provide L2/L3 support for all Delinea-related issues, including troubleshooting and incident response. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, procedures, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, network, and infrastructure, to ensure end-to-end access management. Required skills and qualifications: • Active government clearance: TS/SCI Full scope poly graph • Proven hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and managing Delinea (formerly Thycotic) PAM solutions in a large-scale environment. • Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and cybersecurity best practices. • Expertise in integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory and other identity management systems. • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration tasks. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and containerization technologies is a plus. • Relevant certifications such as Delinea Certified Professional, CISSP, or Security+ are highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
