Job Posting: Contract Maintenance Professional at Chesapeake Consultants Chesapeake Consultants is seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Update burn rates using our corporate template, conduct burn rate analysis, and track funding run-out dates • Review invoices based on the latest BM&A Invoice Review Desk Guide and contract clauses, reporting discrepancies to the Government Contract Manager (GCM) • Draft modifications to existing Technical Task Orders (TTOs), refine requirements with COR-T to ensure they fall within contract scope, and prepare TTOs for the Contract Manager (CM) • Prepare TTO/Delivery Order funding tables and de-obligation forms with all applicable attachments • Review and track requisitions for accuracy, communicating necessary corrections to BFMs to align with the GCM’s plan • (U//FOUO) Track contract funding against DoD/BM&A goals for commitment, obligation, and outlay • Monitor contract costs at various levels, including TTO, fundcite/CLIN/SLIN, and budget center • Analyze contractor estimates to ensure alignment with CM guidance and burn rate analysis • Assess QAR data prior to COR submission/approval, ensuring consistency with burn rate analysis • Review spend plan data to confirm contracts have sufficient planned funding • Assist in validating ULO and TAR lines for contracts, identifying cost overruns and underruns • Track award fee pools, calculate earned fees and incurred interest for the period • Support contract funding estimates preparation for Continuing Resolutions (CRs) and spend plan development • Monitor CPEA due dates, consolidate Government-provided input on past performance using the appropriate CPEA form for each contract type • Assist the GCM in overseeing contract performance by attending Contract/Program Status Reviews • Track due dates for award/incentive fee documentation and consolidate Government-provided input on contractor performance using the standard BM&A report format • Compare submitted resumes against labor category requirements, reporting discrepancies to the GCM • Contribute to responses for data calls related to contract execution information • Perform contract maintenance activities across various contract types, tracking receipt of CDRL items (including CAP and annual inventory reports) against due dates and reporting discrepancies in format, distribution, schedule, and/or content to the GCM • Conduct annual reviews of DD254s to ensure accuracy of contact, vendor, and access/storage requirements for the work performed • Assist the Government in identifying future contract requirements for ordering periods, fiscal years, and option years • Manage contract maintenance activities for complex contracts with numerous TTOs Qualifications: • TS/SCI with Polygraph required • One of the following experience/education combinations: • Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management or finance plus a Bachelor’s degree with a business focus, OR • Eleven (11) years of experience plus Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIA Level I in both Contracting and Program Management (without a degree), OR • Thirteen (13) years of directly related experience (without a degree or certifications) • Experience using financial management systems and their interfaces (currently FACTS and CMIS) is preferred • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts
