The Role
We are seeking a
Data Warehouse Architect and AI Analytics Leader
to become a key member of our dynamic team. This strategic, hands-on position plays a crucial role in advancing our data infrastructure and facilitating predictive, AI-driven analytics. The right candidate will possess extensive expertise in data warehousing, cloud solutions, and machine learning, working collaboratively with both business and technical teams to deliver impactful data solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Data Vault 2.0 modeled data warehouse extensions. Architect and spearhead predictive analytics initiatives, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions. Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to support Business Intelligence (BI) reporting. Maintain and enhance automated data loading processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements. Develop and sustain cloud-based data solutions. Apply industry best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing. Requirements 7+ years of experience in data warehouse design and implementation. 3+ years of proficiency with Data Vault 2.0 modeling and ETL/ELT. 7+ years of experience in Star and Snowflake schema design. Excellent SQL and Python skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience. 2+ years of experience utilizing DBT (data build tool). Strong communication skills and the ability to engage directly with business users. 10+ years of experience in cloud-based data solutions. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Snowflake, VaultSpeed, PowerBI, and DBT. Experience within staffing industry operations and with the Salesforce platform. Proven experience in building machine learning and/or LLM-based predictive analytics solutions. What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits.
