The Human Resources Generalist - Employee Services plays a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of HR functions. This position is ideal for individuals eager to contribute to employee engagement, legal compliance, onboarding processes, and compensation management. As a valued member of the HR Employee Services team, you will provide front-line customer service and support to employees. Key Responsibilities: Offer expert coaching and consultation to employees, ensuring inquiries are addressed with exceptional service and professionalism. Foster positive employee relations to strengthen employer-employee relationships and encourage high levels of trust and engagement. Create and maintain comprehensive HR Instructions for various HR tasks. Utilize these resources to train and mentor team members, ensuring quality completion of responsibilities and driving process improvements. Act as the HRIS Administrator, addressing system-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues while managing employee records and data efficiently. Generate reports and analyze trends as necessary. Design, implement, and oversee HR programs and initiatives in line with federal and state laws as well as company policies. Effectively communicate HR policies and programs to ensure compliance and understanding. Escalate any unresolved issues within the HR Team to ensure they are addressed promptly. Adhere to all company policies, ethical standards, and procedures. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and responsibilities as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, psychology, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education. Preferred certifications: HRCI, SHRM-CP, or PHR. A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with 1+ years of HRIS administration experience involving ADP or similar HCM systems. Proficient in administering HR policies and compliance initiatives, particularly in healthcare or regulated industries. Experience in event planning and management, with a focus on training, meetings, and employee engagement. Required Competencies: Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear writing, with the ability to engage effectively with employee groups. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as tools like Canva and PowerPoint for data visualization and presentations. Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting and visualizing data for informed decision-making. Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment. A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex issues and achieve positive outcomes. A collaborative approach to teamwork, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality results. Flexibility to work independently while also being an effective team member. Compensation: The expected salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on your skills, education, experience, and location. This full-time position typically runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, but may require flexibility for holiday, evening, or weekend hours based on departmental needs. Physical:
