About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Government Relations to lead our global government affairs strategy. This key executive position requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape in the United States, particularly in infrastructure, manufacturing, building codes, and trade. As the primary liaison with government stakeholders, you will advocate for public policy that aligns with our business goals. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a comprehensive government relations strategy. Providing strategic counsel to the executive team on legislative and regulatory matters. Leading advocacy efforts on critical industry issues. Ensuring compliance with lobbying, ethics, and campaign finance laws. Managing the company’s Political Action Committee activities. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience in U.S. government relations, public affairs, or policy advocacy. A proven track record of influencing policy outcomes and managing complex regulatory environments. A Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree highly preferred. Strong communication skills and executive presence. A commitment to the highest ethical standards and strategic business acumen. The ability to collaborate effectively across a global organization.
