We are seeking a motivated and experienced AI/ML Prototype Developer to join our team. This role involves developing innovative prototypes and deploying solutions to evaluate and optimize machine learning models. The ideal candidate will work to capture requirements and implement solutions that integrate, reference, make inferences, and consolidate data into a holistic view. Collaborate directly with customers to accelerate evaluation and tuning of machine learning models.
• Perform database administration, dataflow engineering, data wrangling, and model development.
• Deploy and test ML models, ensuring they meet mission objectives and performance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support in AI/ML projects, including the integration of generative AI capabilities when applicable. Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python (including libraries such as SciKit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), R, GIT, and experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with database administration for relational databases and TensorFlow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to prototype development.
• Experience augmenting, contextualizing, or fine-tuning large language models for generative tasks.
