Located in downtown Minneapolis, our hotel is directly connected to the Minneapolis Convention Center and nearby attractions. This role is essential to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests in our various dining outlets, including the casual all-day dining room, Ten 01 Social.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dining tables, including folding napkins, cleaning, and setting tableware, and serving water.
Expedite food orders and deliver trays from the kitchen to guests in the dining area and bar.
Stock, maintain, and clean designated food stations.
Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages and appetizers.
Help servers and bussers with clearing tables promptly.
Greet and seat guests when a Host is unavailable.
Address guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously.
