Junior Military Officer with Security Clearance

Position Summary: Entry-level technical position designed for military officers transitioning to AI/data engineering roles. Candidates will receive comprehensive coding bootcamp training and technical mentorship to develop software development and AI/ML capabilities while leveraging their military leadership experience. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in intensive coding bootcamp and technical training programs • Apply military leadership and project management skills to technical initiatives • Collaborate with senior engineers on AI/ML projects and data engineering tasks • Support system integration and testing activities under mentorship • Contribute to technical documentation and process improvement initiatives • Translate operational military experience into technical requirements and solutions • Assist in stakeholder communication and project coordination • Develop proficiency in programming languages, data analysis, and AI/ML frameworks Qualifications: • 4+ years of military experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph required • Bachelor's degree in any field (technical degree preferred but not required) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Strong interest and willingness to learn new technologies and commit to intensive technical training • Project management or systems experience in military context preferred • No prior coding experience required - comprehensive training will be provided • AWS experience highly preferred but not required • Military experience strongly preferred
