DevSecOps/Site Reliability Engineer with Security Clearance

At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring for a DevSecOps/Site Reliability Engineer in Tysons Corner, VA What You Will Do: Requires minimum 5 years of platform engineering/support experience to include: three (3) years of experience developing and operating containerized services deployed in production on orchestration platforms such as Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes; building developer platform services and APIs that scale in production; building and sustaining production services using Cloud Infrastructure Providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure; designing or administering Identity and Access Lifecycle Management Operations and controls; building and maintaining continuous delivery pipelines. Experience managing, reporting, and facilitating certification of access for all in-scope resources (including SaaS, AWS, Azure, CSS managed applications, tools, and systems). This is a Contract opportunity for 12 months. Security Clearance– Active Secret Clearance The Ideal candidate will have: • Experience in system performance analysis, algorithm development, modeling & simulation, or support to fielded systems Qualifications We Prefer: Prior experience deploying Platform as a Service (PaaS) Automating platform management at enterprise scale. Highly motivated with the ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems. Experience developing platform APIs that make common software operations scalable and repeatable. Experience building continuous delivery and integration (CI/CD) pipelines. Experience responding to software outages and executing post mortem reviews including root cause analyses. Proficiency in scripting via bash, python and/or Powershell.
