Senior Solutions Architect, Autonomous Vehicles - Data Center Join NVIDIA to accelerate next‑generation autonomous vehicle research and development as a Senior Solutions Architect on the Autonomous Vehicles and Robotics Solutions Architecture team. You will collaborate directly with developers, researchers, and data scientists, and partner with business and engineering leaders to drive full‑stack NVIDIA adoption for AI‑powered perception, planning, and inference workloads.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage customers to accelerate training of AV perception and planning models, simulations, synthetic data generation, and software‑in‑the‑loop testing at scale using NVIDIA profiling tools (Nsight System/ Compute) and libraries (cuDNN, NCCL, PyTorch, etc.).

Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other Solution Architect teams to promote NVIDIA’s full stack, lead proof‑of‑concepts, and provide feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Design, demonstrate, and optimize end‑to‑end solutions based on NVIDIA’s software and hardware technologies, ensuring maximum performance on current and next‑generation GPUs.

Build technical collateral such as notebooks, GitHub repositories, and demos for model training, validation, large‑language-models, VLMs, world‑models, and video encoding/decoding workflows.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

What We Need To See

BSc/MSc/PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.

8+ years of validated ML/DL infrastructure experience in autonomous vehicles, focusing on compute efficiency of training and inference workloads.

Proficiency in Python, CUDA, C++ and Linux environment.

Hands‑on experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of L3/L4 AV models, generative world models, and simulation pipelines.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to communicate ideas through blogs, GitHub, and slide decks.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Prior technical leadership experience.

Deep knowledge of CUDA and experience with Nsight System/Compute.

Robotics model development expertise.

Experience deploying ML/DL models at scale on cloud GPU clusters.

Familiarity with NVIDIA software libraries, GPU profiling, and performance tuning.

Base salary range: $184,000 – $287,500 (Level 4) and $224,000 – $356,500 (Level 5). You will also be eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
