We are seeking an Associate Solution Architect with a specialization in Sage Intacct for our Construction Vertical. This remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality software implementation solutions to customers, ensuring successful adoption and high satisfaction. The role offers a fast‑paced, upward‑career trajectory with flexibility and meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team, managing multiple construction‑vertical projects concurrently and delivering them on time, within scope and budget. Lead all implementation phases: requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, migration, and post‑go‑live support. Maintain deep expertise in Sage Intacct, including advanced modules and CRE functionality, and stay current with product enhancements. Configure Sage Intacct based on customer processes, industry best practices, and prescriptive implementation methodologies. Document customer requirements into configurable solutions, develop key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards, and provide clear communication to stakeholders. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior architects and associates, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth. Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate project execution and completion. Act as an escalation point for project issues and serve as a point of contact during training and technical support engagements. Promote a work‑life balanced culture through participation in team outings and social activities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, or a related field. At least 1 year of consulting experience implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions. Experience in the construction industry, either through operational or accounting involvement. End‑to‑end consulting experience following a process‑based methodology or a proven track record as an end user of software implementations or upgrades. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros). Strong time‑management, communication, relationship‑building, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills. Leadership, project management, organizational and analytical abilities, initiative, and adaptability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
