Summary Support project management leadership with coordination of technical service projects in information services, business transformation, and product life cycle management for the Vehicle Development team. Responsible for coordinating communications, organizing meetings, project reporting, and schedule management.
Responsibilities
Participate in client meetings and manage team goals, schedules, information.
Building and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
Organize communications with team members, client management, and external stakeholders including suppliers.
Create documents, analyze and report information to internal and external team members.
Maintain team dashboards and tracking tools to provide up-to-date project visibility.
Maintain project issue management and reporting.
Provide meeting organization coordination support.
Support OEM supplier communications.
Manage onboarding and training.
Support organizing Q&A status.
Document creation.
Meeting support
Schedule management
Utilizing OEM's scheduling/onboarding system
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering, communications, supply chain management).
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong project coordination skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in dynamic team environments.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of dashboard design and experience in supporting their creation and maintenance.
California pay range$45—$50 USD
