Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and own the enterprise architecture vision that aligns business goals, application design, data, and infrastructure.

Drive Scalable Solutions: Architect end‑to‑end systems that can scale with organizational growth and regulatory complexity, ensuring performance, resiliency, and cost efficiency.

Guide Mergers & Acquisitions Integration: Oversee architectural due diligence, integration strategies, and platform consolidation during acquisitions or core transitions.

Partner with Executive Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CTO, CEO, and business heads — translating complex technology strategies into business outcomes.

Accelerate Modernization: Champion modernization of legacy systems through cloud adoption, APIs, microservices, and data‑driven architectures.

Build and Lead a High‑Impact Team: Lead a team of solution architects and technical strategists focused on innovation, collaboration, and architectural excellence.

Ensure Governance and Alignment: Establish architecture standards, review processes, and technology roadmaps to drive consistency and long‑term scalability.

Education / Experience Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required; Master’s degree or TOGAF certification preferred.

12+ years of experience in enterprise or solutions architecture, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven record of designing large‑scale enterprise solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated environments.

Hands‑on experience with M&A technology integrations, platform consolidation, and digital transformation.

Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Kafka, APIs), and hybrid environments.

Demonstrated success scaling systems and teams to support organizational growth and increasing regulatory thresholds.

Exceptional communication and executive presence — able to influence and collaborate across senior business and technology leaders.

Deep familiarity with financial systems, payments, data platforms, and compliance frameworks (GLBA, FFIEC, PCI, SOX, etc.).
