Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, trusts, and estates within the Family, Executive, & Entrepreneur Advisory Services (FEAS) group. Remote flexibility is available for candidates outside Virginia. Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Job Duties
Lead and manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates within the FEAS group. Serve as primary liaison between clients, staff, and firm leadership, ensuring high-quality client service and communication with attorneys and other third parties. Apply expert-level knowledge of the U.S. Tax Code and multi-state tax compliance to oversee tax planning and compliance engagements. Supervise and mentor tax accountants and senior accountants, providing regular feedback and contributing to professional development. Identify and pursue business development opportunities by nurturing external relationships and converting leads into new clients. Participate in firm initiatives to promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and contribute to process improvements. Key Qualifications
Active CPA license required; CFP® is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax consulting, including experience with high-net-worth individual tax planning. Strong technical expertise in individual, trust, and estate taxation with the ability to manage complex compliance and planning engagements. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including experience with supervising and training team members. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Remote flexibility for candidates outside of Virginia
