About The Role The VP, Revenue is a senior leadership role in the mid‑market media business unit responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing commercial performance, and aligning new business, marketing, and revenue strategy. As a core member of the leadership team, you will shape business direction, revenue decisions, pipeline health, and product innovation.
Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
Lead business direction, revenue strategy, and goal‑setting with agency and executive teams.
Drive all revenue activities, recommend growth priorities and pipeline health.
Own forecasting, reporting, & analysis for all revenue channels; partner on monthly financial reviews.
Develop and innovate new revenue sources (e.g., partnerships, vendor lists, pitch consultants).
Align planning across new business, marketing, and operation functions.
Lead pricing negotiations, profitability guidance, and pricing decisions.
Business Development & Marketing
Oversee new business process, lead pitch qualification, resource coordination.
Confirm staffing, pricing, and planning for new account wins.
Align marketing with revenue objectives, brand positioning, and ICP strategy.
Set marketing goals, KPIs, and ensure measurable impact.
Maintain enablement suite: pitch decks, sales tools, demos, documentation.
Client Growth & Retention
Coach on renewals, cross‑sell & pricing strategies.
Lead high‑stakes renewal and procurement conversations.
Drive revenue contribution culture within accounts team.
Track opportunities, forecasts, and client context to maximize renewals.
Team Leadership & Operations
Manage leaders in marketing & new business.
Coach reports, oversee performance reviews, and clarify roles.
Allocate resources across programs for revenue growth.
Review contracts with attention to detail.
Improve processes, technology, and reporting across revenue cycle.
Qualifications
10+ years in revenue‑focused leadership across business development, marketing, sales operations, or revenue ops, ideally in agency or media.
Proven track record setting business strategy, forecasting, managing P&L for high‑growth commercial businesses.
Experience developing high‑performing teams in marketing, sales, or revenue ops.
Ability to innovate revenue channels & lead complex negotiations.
Competence in commercial analytics, pipeline management, CRM, revenue ops tooling.
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including c‑suite engagement.

Salary Range: $220,000—$235,000 USD
