Job Requirements
Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, with 12 years preferred.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Familiarity with hybrid work environments and adaptability to changing conditions.
Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
