Job Description / Responsibilities
Resource should understand the Agile way of working for Anaplan.
Understand the user stories listed in sprint and convert them into Anaplan deliverables.
Have good communication skills to talk to business users and remove roadblocks during sprint development.
Drive sessions for end users, show them developed functionalities in Anaplan, gather feedback, and implement changes.
Coordinate with different teams for integration needs of Anaplan.
Coordinate and drive UAT cycle for business users and publish UAT results.
Create functional and technical/SOP documents for end users on Anaplan developed models.
Migrate Anaplan models to production workspace and support and fix end user issues.
Provide user training on Anaplan developed models and UX/UI.
Skillset
Strong model design and development capabilities in Anaplan with understanding of DISCO and PLAN standards to avoid performance challenges.
Knowledge of UX and UI capabilities of Anaplan to develop end‑user Anaplan applications.
Clear understanding of financial planning processes and ability to translate business language into Anaplan deliverables.
Good understanding of Anaplan security (selective access and DCA).
Knowledge of model and workspace management.
Solution architect certification with FP&A planning background.
Good debugging and problem‑solving capabilities to troubleshoot production issues.
Delivery focused and capable of meeting agreed timelines.
