Senior Procure-to-Pay Manager
for a global consumer goods company headquartered in Chicago, IL! This contract role is a key opportunity to lead global process ownership and transformation initiatives within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) function. The
Senior Procure-to-Pay Manager
will drive standardization, automation, and operational excellence while managing relationships with internal teams and a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner.
Key Responsibilities For The Senior Procure-to-Pay Manager
Serve as the global champion and custodian of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
Drive efficiency and standardization through continuous process improvement and automation (RPA, AI)
Partner with IT to implement ERP enhancements impacting PTP
Maintain global operating models, policies, and procedures in alignment with US GAAP and SEC reporting
Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance
Oversee BPO performance and SLA adherence
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance
Mentor and lead a team, fostering continuous improvement and accountability
Requirements For The Senior Procure-to-Pay Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
8+ years in Procure-to-Pay operations within large corporate environments
5+ years of management experience with direct team leadership
Expertise in PTP process optimization, automation, and BPO management
Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and other procurement systems
Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls
Experience in CPG or manufacturing preferred

Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $70-80 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms. LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
