Who You Are You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager who thrives on delivering requirements for complex, multi-faceted products and services to successful delivery. With a knack for understanding business needs, you excel at translating them into detailed requirements like epics, stories, use cases, and specifications that empower technical teams to succeed. You are great at working with product development teams, coordinating with developers and product managers and managing delivery timelines while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Your ability to define, prioritize and plan ensures you can handle complex projects with multiple delivery partners, making you a key player in advancing OnMed’s mission.

Role’s Responsibilities

Define and Document Requirements:

Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications for projects.

Project Timeline Management:

Own schedules, plans, and timelines from initiation through delivery for products.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Facilitate collaboration and communication among internal teams, third-party vendors, and delivery partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of project deliverables.

Project Execution:

Work with technical teams to maintain product backlogs, plan sprints, execute standups and other scrum ceremonies as appropriate.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues, facilitating the resolution of blockers effectively.

Quality Assurance:

Support project teams as needed to complete QA or UAT testing requirements and scenarios, track, and document bugs and enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and adjusting plans as needed.

Tools & Reporting:

Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and generate reports for scrum teams, leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Expertise in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements (e.g., epics, stories, use cases, technical specs).

Proven ability to manage technology products to successful delivery.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and vendors.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, related processes and reporting.

Expertise using JIRA or similar project management tools.

Highly organized, adaptable, and solution oriented.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis roles or a product management role, in a SaaS or software development environment.

Familiarity with healthcare technology programs or large-scale technology deployments is a plus.

Benefits OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays. The base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
