About the Role Bank is seeking an experienced Healthcare Relationship Manager to join their Commercial Banking team in South Florida. This position focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of healthcare clients while developing new businesses across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a commercial healthcare portfolio while driving new business growth.
Develop new client relationships through networking, COIs, and referrals.
Structure and negotiate complex credit and lending agreements.
Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely deal execution.
Monitor credit quality, analyze financials, and manage risk within the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager or Portfolio Manager in a banking environment.
Credit‑trained with strong knowledge of commercial loan structuring, underwriting, and analysis.
Proven experience managing healthcare industry clients.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce, nCino, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Formal commercial credit training is preferred.
