About the Role
Join our dynamic team as the Director of Brand Sales, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing transformation. In this senior individual contributor position, you will spearhead the entire sales cycle, engaging with some of the world's most recognized brands. Your mission will be to create new revenue opportunities, prospect effectively, and secure quality meetings with senior brand decision-makers. You will present our innovative platform and solutions with enthusiasm, qualify opportunities, and build trusted relationships with executives. This role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to exceed quotas and set a standard of excellence across our sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in selling SaaS, analytics, data, or MarTech solutions directly to brand marketers. A proven track record of acquiring new logos and closing complex enterprise-level deals is essential, alongside established relationships with senior marketing and insights executives. A consultative and strategic sales approach is key, along with the ability to influence executive decision-making. We seek individuals with a high level of drive, curiosity, and competitiveness, who thrive on accountability. A Bachelor's degree is required, while an advanced degree is preferred. We value candidates with a growth mindset who demonstrate proactivity, collaboration, and a customer-focused approach, characterized by clear communication, integrity, empathy, and strategic thinking.
