Overview TRC is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to join our team. This position will be an essential part of our Strategy Consulting team contributing to high quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients as a trusted advisor, providing industry domain expertise and a technology‑agnostic view.

Develop and execute change management strategy.

Identify, validate and document current and to‑be states based on client objectives.

Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps.

Manage programs and coordinate technology assessment and procurement.

Create use cases, gather requirements and conduct workshops.

Mentor and lead project teams to deliver on time and on budget.

Act as an individual contributor when needed.

Analyze data for project deliverables and manage client expectations.

Deliver presentations to all levels of organizations and create project deliverables.

Support business development activities.

Qualifications - Minimum Required

Prosci Change Management certification.

Organizational change management deployment experience within electric or gas utilities.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

9+ years of experience in a team‑based professional environment.

Demonstrated credentials in utility consulting in two or more of the following areas:

Grid Modernization Programs

Utility technologies (Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Demand Response Management System, Geographic Information Systems, Outage Management System, Advanced Distribution Management System, Work Management, Automated Metering Infrastructure, or Energy Management Systems)

Utility business financials

Smart Grid programs

Strong client‑facing skills.

Ability to work across multiple projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Utility grid operations knowledge, breadth and depth.

Collaborative nature and willingness to share knowledge across the team while contributing to reusable collateral.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA from an accredited institution.

Travel Up to 50% to client locations.

Compensation USD $170,019.20 – USD $179,587.20 per year, based on experience, education, skill level and geographic location.

Other Compensation Eligibility for the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program contingent on company, business segment, and individual performance against key performance indicators.
