We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the global strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Magnetic Flow and Vortex product lines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, brings deep market insight, and is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions through new product development and portfolio leadership!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Team Leadership & Process Optimization

Lead a team of product managers and cross-functional contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Champion the use of structured tools and frameworks (e.g., road-mapping, opportunity funnels, VOC integration) to improve decision quality and execution discipline.

Drive process improvements across portfolio planning, new product development, and go-to-market execution to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.

Mentor and develop team capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and a strong foundation for future leadership growth.

Portfolio & Market Leadership

Serve as the global subject matter expert and internal/external champion for assigned products.

Maintain deep market and application knowledge to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Drive product roadmap development and execution, including product positioning and tiering strategies

Be the champion for bringing the voice of the customer to the organization; ensure customer feedback is consistently integrated into product strategy and execution.

New Product Development

Lead the full lifecycle of new product initiatives—from concept through launch and discontinuance.

Own Product Management deliverables for new product development and discontinuance, ensuring alignment with customer needs through cross-functional collaboration.

Ensure product collateral (data sheets, manuals, pricing tools, etc.) is available and maintained throughout the lifecycle.

Who You Are: You’re a strategic thinker and confident communicator who thrives in complex, global environments. You lead with clarity, build strong relationships across functions and geographies, and bring structure to ambiguity. You’re passionate about customer success and understand how digital tools and software integration elevate product value.

For This Role, You Will Need:

BS in Engineering or a related technical field

Eight years related experience

International travel up to 10%

Willingness to meet with global team members on off hours

Legal authorization to work in the United States

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
