Maintenance Technician
to join our team and support our commitment to quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Maintenance Supervisor
Position Type:
Non-Exempt
Responsibilities
Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing systems, including pneumatic and mechanical equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components, including voltages ranging from 120V to 480V (single and multiphase).
Identify and correct unsafe working conditions to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Utilize computer systems and PLC interfaces for machine operation and troubleshooting.
Perform installation and repair of electrical circuitry and devices.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues promptly and implement long-term solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience as a maintenance mechanic or technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical components.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and systems.
Computer literacy for machine operations and PLC systems.
Electrical certification(s) preferred.
Prior experience in the window or door manufacturing industry is a plus.
