SEO Expert (Local & Technical | Healthcare Focus)
About the Role
Psycle Health is on the lookout for a skilled Local & Technical SEO Expert
who can elevate healthcare clinics' online visibility, specifically in their local markets. You will manage the entire SEO process: optimizing Google Business Profiles, enhancing medical service pages, diagnosing site performance issues, overseeing content workflows, and working closely with developers on Duda. If you're passionate about merging analytical insights with innovative local strategies to drive growth, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities Local SEO Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research with a focus on
mental health search intent
(e.g., ketamine therapy, TMS treatment). Optimize and manage
Google Business Profiles
for multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistent NAP data and timely updates. Build and maintain
local citation networks
to enhance visibility in local search results and map packs. Develop tailored landing pages that are optimized for both
conversion goals and compliance . Monitor
and analyze review trends, click-to-call metrics, and direction requests to guide engagement strategies. Technical SEO & Content Operations Perform extensive
technical audits
to identify crawl, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues. Optimize site architecture, internal linking, canonical tags, and robots.txt to ensure healthcare SEO compliance. Collaborate with developers to resolve
Duda-specific performance issues , enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data implementation. Provide ongoing support and insights via Google Search Console, including monitoring indexation, resolving errors, and tracking performance. Optimize Google Business Profiles
through regular posting, keyword enhancements, and visibility strategies. Work closely with content writers to ensure
blog posts, metadata, and on-page content
align with SEO best practices and target keywords. Manage redirects, migrations, and technical rollouts across multiple Duda & WordPress sites. Create automated dashboards and reports utilizing
GA4, Looker Studio, and Sheets . Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in
Local & Technical SEO (1.5 each) , ideally in a
healthcare or multi-location context . Proficient in Duda CMS
(including page speed, metadata, redirects, mobile optimization, and content management). Strong knowledge of
Google’s healthcare advertising and search compliance . Experience with
LegitScript certification requirements
and their implications for SEO and advertising in the behavioral health sector. Solid technical understanding of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and their relevance to SEO. Familiarity with tools like
Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, BrightLocal, and GA4 . Experience managing
multi-location healthcare SEO campaigns
across different states or service areas. An analytical mindset with the ability to create clear, data-driven reports and communicate outcomes effectively across teams. Would Be Nice: Understanding of
HIPAA-compliant site practices , accessibility (WCAG), and ADA standards. Experience with strategies focusing on
E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)
