Salary and Benefits Fee for service rate is $44.00 (No Benefits) W2 Position Malpractice Insurance Is Covered By Employer No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call Duties Responsibilities Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) 1 Hour Patient Visits Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Conduct mental health assessments and crisis interventions as needed Offer clinical consultation and support for patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Requirements Clear and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Florida Experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm dedicated to bridging the gap between top talent and leading healthcare organizations.
