Resolve inquiries and provide product or campaign information
in a friendly, professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure
seamless event operations and positive client experiences .
Gather customer feedback and report insights to help improve future events and campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills .
Positive, outgoing personality and
enjoys interacting with people .
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
Team player
with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous experience in
customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions
