Project Manager and Estimator
to enhance their drywall team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early to mid-career professional with 3 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction, who is eager to thrive in a dynamic and prestigious environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for drywall and interior scopes, a meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to support projects from preconstruction to final closeout. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate commercial drywall projects while ensuring compliance with budget, scheduling, and safety standards. Work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to effectively address scope, sequencing, and material concerns. Facilitate the preparation and tracking of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and work order pricing. Assist in the estimating and procurement efforts, including vendor coordination and subcontractor buyouts. Conduct site visits to support field teams, ensuring both project quality and safety compliance. Skills and Qualifications 3 to 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a preference for drywall, framing, or interior scopes. A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent industry experience will be considered. Familiarity with estimating and project management tools such as QuickBid, OST, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
