About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and pragmatic Vice President of Human Resources for Sales and Business Development to drive our organization's people strategy in the fast-paced aerospace sector. As a strategic partner to our senior leadership, you will lead initiatives focused on organizational design and HR practices that enhance innovation and foster sustainable growth. Your hands-on leadership approach will support our customer-facing, diverse global teams as they navigate complex markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition for sales and business development.
Cultivate a culture of agility, collaboration, and high performance across all teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR policies and practices.
Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and evolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role.
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior global sales and commercial leadership.
Strong organizational design and change management experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR disciplines, policies, and employment law.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
