Women of Winter, Inc. is seeking a Grant Writer, as a member of the Development & Fundraising Group.
Role Description:
Researches, writes, and submits grants to support program growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with Board, Executive Director and Chief of Staff to identify and evaluate new funding sources to align with Women of Winter's mission.
Draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting materials tailored to funder requirements. Collaborate with Executive Director and Chief of Staff to create persuasive narratives.
Manage a grants calendar to track application progress and deadlines.
Works with Fundraising Coordinator to maintain relationships with grantors.
Hours/Week:
2–6 (Depending on Grant Due Dates) Monthly Reporting:
Submitted grants, deadlines, pending results and reports on grants received
