A Day in the Life – What You’ll Do Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML to define, model, and analyze behaviors of complex DoD systems Support hardware and software integration efforts across missile defense programs Leverage DOORS to manage requirements and ensure traceability across baselines Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to align system design and execution Provide technical expertise in system definition, decomposition, and integration Operate independently and within small teams to deliver engineering solutions Travel up to 10% to support integration, customer engagement, and program needs Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of related experience, OR Master’s degree and 3+ years, OR PhD and 1+ year Active DoD Secret clearance (in-scope, required at start) Strong experience with DOORS requirements management Missile Defense domain knowledge Hands-on experience in both hardware and software integration Expertise in MBSE principles and SysML modeling Ability to work independently and within small, agile teams Willingness to travel up to 10% Experience with Cameo or other MBSE tools Preferred Qualifications INCOSE Systems Engineering experience/certification CompTIA Security+ certification Active in-scope Top Secret clearance Who is Caribou Thunder?
