Position Description As Head of Global People Operations, Shared Services, you’ll lead the global HR Operations function, transforming how HR programs, policies, and processes come to life across regions. You’ll ensure that every HR product developed by the centers of expertise teams or other internal teams is operationalized effectively—driving adoption, automation, and continuous improvement. The role combines strategic execution, system governance, and hands‑on operational leadership to create a seamless, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled employee experience.

Position Location Hybrid – choose any of the following: Philadelphia, PA; Syracuse, NY; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; Minneapolis, MN. The role operates in a hybrid capacity with flexibility to work remotely and onsite as business needs dictate. No mandated office days; in‑person presence is exercised at judgment to add value.

Reports To Chief Human Resources Officer

What We’re Looking For

12+ years of progressive experience leading HR operations, particularly shared services, or people systems in a complex, multinational organization.

Demonstrated expertise in process excellence, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies, applied to HR service delivery.

Strong skills in workflow optimization, automation, and adoption of AI‑enabled tools.

Experience managing employee relations and investigations in partnership with Legal and regional HR.

Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and navigate competing stakeholder priorities, while elevating communication, transparency, change leadership, and collaboration tools as integral to how work gets done.

Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities; comfortable interpreting performance metrics and turning insights into operational improvements.

Proven experience translating programs into repeatable, consistent playbooks that enable data accuracy, process integrity, governance, and efficient localization across a global operating footprint.

What You Will Be Doing and Owning

Lead global HR service delivery and process governance, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all regions.

Operationalize HR products and programs in partnership with the Strategy and COE teams to drive rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement through clear workflows and measurable outcomes.

Oversee HR systems and automation, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and usability while continuously improving processes through AI‑enabled tools and insights.

Govern employee relations and investigations, partnering with Legal and regional HR teams to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance.

Establish process KPIs and operational dashboards, monitor service delivery performance, and identify trends in data accuracy, case management, and employee experience.

Drive workflow optimization and policy harmonization, aligning operations to business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Lead the annual people operations and HR delivery roadmap, updating budget planning, governance frameworks, policy libraries, and automation initiatives.

Partner cross‑functionally with HR Strategy, Total Rewards, Talent, and business leaders to ensure HR delivery systems support strategic goals.

Oversee special projects including AI‑driven workflow pilots, global policy harmonization, shared services optimization, and M&A operational integration.
