Current Global seeks an experienced Senior Vice President of Integrated Project Management to serve as Operations lead across a large portfolio of business, working closely with senior account, creative, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategic management of a large and diverse portfolio, spearheading the identification and execution of key operational initiatives.

Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and procurement partners to ensure alignment and success. Oversee a vast portfolio with a global reach, ensuring seamless integration and execution across North America and beyond.

Demonstrate exceptional ability to identify risks and opportunities, transforming them into actionable, large-scale operational models. This includes risk assessment, problem-solving, mitigation planning, and resource alignment for flawless execution.

Collaborate with client experience, resource management, and finance teams to provide visionary leadership across an extensive portfolio.

Design and implement advanced processes, templates, tools, and guidelines to optimize and elevate account/portfolio operations.

Oversee project delivery, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of the production processes behind digital, social, content, media, and public relations campaigns.

Synthesize issues and risks across the regions/offices, regularly sharing insights and strategies for continuous improvement with key stakeholders.

Evaluate Statements of Work and provide strategic advice on best practices and margin management, collaborating with leadership to drive forward effective financial strategies.

Implement operational efficiencies and best practices across agency, client and Inter Agency Teams, fostering effective team integration and collaboration.

Requirements

12+ years of Project Management or Operations Experience preferably in media relations communications, content development, management consulting is a plus but not required

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Consumer healthcare experience preferred

Lead PM/Business Operations lead for a large account or portfolio

Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
