Overview
This role involves managing procurement categories specifically related to CyberSecurity and AI, focusing on developing sourcing strategies, building supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings and compliance. The position requires handling complex procurement projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals Analyze spend data, market trends, and supply base for opportunities Manage end-to-end procurement processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ, negotiation, contracting) Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers Lead supplier selection and performance management Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Business Units) Negotiate and draft contracts, manage renewals and amendments Monitor performance, implement KPIs, and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations Required Skills
Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 5+ years in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Experience with CyberSecurity and AI software procurement desirable Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive negotiations Demonstrated versatility across diverse commercial domains Ability to make risk-weighted decisions under pressure Focus on transactional execution of procurement agreements Lead complex negotiations involving CyberSecurity and AI technologies Skills
Masters or certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) Experience managing global/regional categories Familiarity with iProcurement, Apttus, Fieldglass Knowledge of category-specific markets and products Understanding of contract law and compliance Proficiency in Google Workspace (additional familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 acceptable) Call to Action
