Lead creator and brand partnerships for TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
Negotiate & close influencer campaign partnerships with global brands.
Scout, recruit, and manage emerging TikTok affiliates with high growth potential to expand Influu’s creator roster.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with brands, creators, platforms, and agencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and launch creative campaigns, using performance analytics to optimize ROI.
Lead the creator success team: set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-impact delivery.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth in TikTok Shop GMV and conversions.
In‑depth understanding of TikTok Shop’s influencer and affiliate ecosystem.
2+ years of experience on the agency, brand, or platform side in TikTok Shop or affiliate/influencer marketing.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Fast learner with strong ownership mindset and ability to drive results independently.
