Senior Account Executive, Health

Requirements
Develop communications plans, implement public relations tactics, and impart knowledge to more junior team members.
Have strong communications skills, experience in research, writing, editing, and client interaction; perform well under pressure and be a team player.
Manage multiple projects on a fast‑paced, high‑profile integrated account, anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.
Contribute to the financial health of the account, including project budget trackers, activity reports and monthly billing updates.
Work with cross‑functional team members seamlessly to deliver timely, high‑quality, detailed work.
Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Consistently produce high‑quality internal and external communications content.
Maintain SOP documents on behalf of the broader team to ensure consistency and accuracy across the portfolio.
Help plan and coordinate traditional, digital and social media campaigns.
Proactively support junior and senior team members with ad‑hoc client asks as they arise.
Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation.
Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals.
Qualifications
At least three years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields, including research, public policy, advertising, management consulting, media, and publishing; pharma experience desired.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven ability to manage multiple small or medium‑sized projects simultaneously.
Strong communications skills, experience in research, writing, editing, and client interaction; perform well under pressure and be a team player.
Ability to manage up to senior team members on project status and needs while providing guidance and resources to junior team members.
Compensation $60,000 – $80,000 per year, based on relevant factors including education, experience, and performance.
