Who You Are The Senior Vice President of Sales will be responsible for managing Nutrabolt’s beverage portfolio across National & Regional Account Chains (FDMC), establishing and driving channel strategy, and managing National Small & Large format team development and performance. The sales team structure includes sales representatives, category management and shopper marketing resources for a 360‑degree selling process. You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with leadership in Commercial Strategy, DSD, Insights, RGM, and Brand.
What You’re Good At
Deliver Volume (AOP) and Market Share growth (IRI), in addition to meeting/exceeding other KPI targets (ACV, Strike Zone, Trade/Promo efficiency)
Coach & develop direct report(s) to achieve targets, while being a strong peer leader and collaborating cross‑functionally (Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Demand Planning)
Lead 360 selling process with sales, category, and shopper to maximize in‑store execution and consumer offtake
Collaborate with Commercial Strategy leadership for C4 and Bloom brand to deliver aligned portfolio execution across the market
Responsibility to build category strategy in partnership with Strategy & Insight team and then to drive and manage performance through category development team.
Maximize offtake through Shopper Marketing leadership and joint planning initiatives with our retail partners
Establish routines to cascade channel strategy, growth drivers, channel guidance and KPI to Regional Key Account Sales teams
Drive monthly and annual routines to manage and monitor customer business KPI (Space, Promotion, Display execution etc)
Lead, coach and develop team to deliver custom sales pitch decks for channel & customer‑relevant Nutrabolt products.
In market work with team to present at top chain calls at customer HQs
Cultivate & manage buyer (and above) relationships in top chains
What You Contribute
10+ years of leadership experience with teams in Small Format and Large Format
15+ year in overall key account business management
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Strong experience in DSD Beverage
Experience with Keurig Dr Pepper is a plus
Experience with Walmart, Target, Costco, etc. is a plus
Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
Strong and engaging presentation skills
Ability to move fast and drive results
