Private Equity Associate
to join its
Washington, D.C. office.
The firm has a long and successful track record investing in middle-market companies across the consumer, industrial, and business services sectors, with a hands‑on approach that often involves complex situations such as carve‑outs, family‑owned transitions, or growth transformations.
The Associate will play a key role in deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research, while partnering closely with management teams to develop and execute growth strategies. The role also includes supporting portfolio monitoring and operational initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have
2- 3 years of investment banking
experience, ideally with exposure to
consumer, industrial, or business services sectors , though generalist backgrounds are also considered. Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high‑performing team environment.
Candidates
must
be based in
Washington, D.C. , or
