As an Architectural Sales Project Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to develop new business, enhance brand recognition, and engage with architectural and commercial design professionals to promote the Marvin Collections!
Highlights of your role:
Build and nurture relationships with key members of the architectural community to drive specifications and purchases of Marvin products.
Present AIA Continuing Education units to architectural firms in a professional manner.
Engage in business development efforts with facility managers and owners of institutional properties.
Plan and host factory tours for targeted architects, designers, channel partners, and trade customers.
Provide tailored product and technical solutions for individual project opportunities.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to optimize channel partners' programs and expertise, enhancing sales in architectural and commercial segments.
This role requires significant travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight stays. A valid driver's license is essential.
You would be a great fit if you possess:
A degree in architecture, construction, business, or equivalent industry experience.
Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification, or willingness to obtain it within two years of employment.
Demonstrated experience in consultative sales, specifically for premium products to architectural/design firms.
Preferred fenestration experience.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.
The ability to navigate CAD-based design tools.
The capability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
