Field Service Rep SME

Join Point Solutions Group and our Federal Services Team providing engineering services for defense satellite communications all over the globe. We're hiring a Field Service Rep SME to provide senior level support to a team of Satcom Field Engineers.

General Summary : Provides specialized, highly complex technical and/or professional expertise beyond the capability of the regular staff personnel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance in support of operating commercial or military systems, including SATCOM systems.

Supports maintenance, testing, operations, logistics, integration, and installation as directed.

Provides system and network administration for training and operational systems as required.

Serves as an on-site Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Field Service Representative (FSR) on military two-satellite geolocation systems and SATCOM equipment.

Assists with daily operations, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance for military systems.

Coordinates with senior SME/Field Engineers to resolve operational and technical deficiencies.

Job Specifications

Active Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI Eligibility

Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field

Minimum of 10 years relevant experience
